    AI Lead Scoring

With Lead Scoring, you can create a sophisticated models to analyze, evaluate and filter your registrants and assign them a score based on that model. The higher the score, the more they align with your model and the more qualified of a lead they can be.

Without using complicated formulas or technical knowledge you can create these models that curate all available information into exactly the kind of criteria you need. Simply by providing prompts and determining what is most important for your scoring model, you can have your model ready in minutes.

    Creating your model

The AI Lead Score will give a number between 1-100 to ran your registrants. The resulting number comes from each one of your Scoring Factors, which themselves are scores between 1-100.  Based on how much each factor is weighted, your final lead score is a combination of all of the factors.

Head over to the webinar dashboard and look for AI Lead Scoring & Enrichment in the left-hand navigation. Click on Scoring Factors and then the plus icon to get started.

You'll be asked to give your factor name, weight and a description. The name does not factor into the score, but the description will. In the description, you'll provide the prompt for that factor. In the prompt, give details for how you want the lead to be evaluated.

If you are not sure what you might want to have as a scoring model, click on Generate example to have an example prompt be put into the name and description fields. As you see in the screenshot above, you can gather information from various sources, like the public chat and Q&A activity to determine your scores.

The model can include many different factors in it's process. You could reference specific registration fields, webinar attendee activity, or even publicly available knowledge like company size or the likelihood of a spam email address.

The Weight will determine how much that particular scoring factor will matter for a leads overall score. The individual number here is not what matters, but instead how it relates to other factors' weights. A factor with a weight of 10 matters twice as much as a factor with a weight of 5.

Once you have added your scoring factors, you'll see them in a list view, all with the ability to edit or delete.

You'll also see the ability to include engagement data from previous webinars. Turn this on to have your scoring factors also look to past session and series on the channel. For best results, be sure to be specific in your prompts that it should look to those past registrations.

Getting the results from your scoring model

Once your model is set, a lead score from 0-100 will be assigned to all of your registrants based on the scoring factors. To get a quick glance at your top leads based on this score, click on AI Overview to see the top scoring leads.

Within the 3-dot menu next to any name, click view to see a full breakdown of each registrant.

Within this view, click on any of the scoring factors to get an explanation of why this user got a certain score for that factor.

Additionally you can view the lead score within the Manage Registrations section of the dashboard. Click the score next to a given registrant in order to view this same content

Once you have these lead scores you can view them not only here in he dashboard, but also in the analytics and reporting. The AI Lead Score becomes a hidden registration field, meaning that it is available in both the full webinar reports but also custom reports. This field is also available to export to CRM integrations, such as Hubspot or Eloqua.
