BigMarker runs AI inside its own secure cloud, never sharing or training on your data, so insights and content stay private, opt-in, and compliant.

AI Privacy Statement

At BigMarker, we are always committed to protecting the privacy, security and integrity of customer data, and this commitment extends to the various AI-powered capabilities we’re rolling out across the BigMarker platform.

How BigMarker Uses AI

BigMarker operates its own private AI cloud within its own secure Amazon AWS and Google Gemini environments to run all inference, enrichment and generative processes. This means that all customer data is processed exclusively within BigMarker’s secure infrastructure, is logically separated from and never combined with other customer data, is never used to train AI/LLM models, and is never shared with external AI model providers.

BigMarker’s AI capabilities are designed to:

  • Enrich customer and registrant data to provide insights and enable greater personalization.
  • Generate lead scoring insights to help customers assess and understand the relative strength of contacts based on webinar and event engagement.
  • Provide insights that improve the experience for event organizers and attendees.
  • Generate derivative content including video clips and text-based content, enabling marketers to repurpose webinar and event content for other channels.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t scrape public data sources to generate enrichment data: All enrichment data is appropriately licensed from private sources, and we do not “scrape” public websites.

We don’t share customer data with AI model makers: Customer data continues to be processed by Amazon as BigMarker’s sub-processor, but is never shared with additional third-party AI model makers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.

We don’t use customer data to train AI models: We do not use customer data to train AI models. All training is performed on BigMarker’s own datasets and controlled inputs.

We don’t share customer data beyond each customer’s account: Customer data remains isolated, secure, and accessible only to authorized users under strict access controls, and each customer’s data is never fed into any system beyond its own logically-seaparated instance.

We don’t process customer data using AI models without customer opt-in: Customer data is only processed by AI models to the extent that the customer opts into using the AI capabilities made available to them on the BigMarker platform.

Our Commitment

Privacy by design: AI features are built with strict adherence to data minimization and privacy-by-design principles.

Security-first: All data processed within BigMarker’s AI cloud is protected with enterprise-grade encryption both at-rest and in-transit.

Transparency: BigMarker provides clear disclosures about how AI capabilities work and the data upon which they rely.

Customer opt-in and control: Customers maintain control of their data, and their data only interfaces with AI models to the extent that each customer opts into using available AI capabilities.

Compliance with the DPA: BigMarker complies with the Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with each customer, and deploys AI capabilities within the framework of existing DPAs. BigMarker provides AI capabilities with the existing list of subprocessors, and has not added any additional subprocessors to enable AI functionality.
